Online play: Avg of 6 days/week, ~1100 hands at reg tables/day = ~30K hands/month.
Live play: Average 2 days on, 1 day off = ~21 days/month.
Poker trips: Once every 3 months. Manila done, Seoul booked for early April.
Morning hand reviews: 6 days/week, before playing online.
Dedicated study time (on top of usual morning routine): 2-3hrs/week, dedicated to important nodes/zones. Middle of the week during bad online playing days – i.e. Tuesday-Thursday. Likely SB v LP 3BP as PFR, 3BP IP as PFC, BTN v BB SRP.
Session Journals: 1/week.
Results Journals: 1/month min, including live and online.
Coaching: 1/quarter.
